The Webster Malatji Foundation exists to build people: through mentoring, career development and the networks that turn ability into opportunity.
Talent is everywhere; access and exposure are not. We work with graduates, people starting out and people pushing for the next level in their careers, across every industry. We connect them to the mentors, employers and professional networks that would otherwise stay out of reach.
